The Penguin - Classic version

A user on Twitter a week or two ago gave me a great idea, to do a Photoshop piece of Robin Lord Taylor's penguin from Gotham but with a more classic spin, sort of like the Burgess Meredith Penguin from the 60s Batman TV show.
